WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? Two hours is more than enough time to leisurely walk through the festival and visit all vendors. Registration is only open 10 minutes prior to the tasting session. Doors will open as per it's designated time. Don't worry if you get there after the tasting session starts, you'll still have plenty time to sample all of the festival offerings.
WHERE CAN I PARK? We highly suggest ride share programs, such as Uber and Lyft. If this isn't an option, One Commerce Square has a covered parking garage located on Union Ave. WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE? Your ticket includes a souvenir tasting board and glass for your tastings of artisan breads, cheeses, fruit preserves, cured meats, oils and more paired with beer, wine and cider.
WHAT DOES MY VIP SUPER PASS INCLUDE? Your ticket includes an all access pass to all tasting sessions, VIP entry, Early Admission, access to VIP Lounge and Valet Parking. VIP Lounge will have a beautiful grazing table courtesy of Rizzo's by Chef Brian Michael Patrick, exclusive wine & bourbon pairings from Southern Glazer's and seating.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
This is a 21+ event so we require you to bring Valid I.D.
Please bring your printed or digital ticket. We will scan it upon arrival.
Please prepare yourself to have free hands. You will have a tasting board and glass.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT? Dress to impress in casual fall attire.
DO I NEED TO BRING CASH? Sure, for tips. Most vendors will be accepting credit and debit cards.
I WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER! Great! Please fill out the sign-up form here.
DO NOT LINE UP- You will have access and PLENTY of time to visit all vendors - come back to the table later if more than six people are waiting. If a vendor has a line-up, it's likely because their product needs to be prepped to serve. Mingle! Wander! Explore!
This is a sample festival. Each vendor is exhibiting their product in sample sizes, not meal sizes. Make sure you come ready to take your time and taste everything.
WHAT IS A ZERO WASTE EVENT? The Craft Food & Wine Festival is a Zero Waste Event, which simply means our goal is to have zero waste being sent to the landfill. You’ll see signs about all the cups, plates, napkins & food being compostable. We’ve been planning with all our vendors & partners to divert prep materials. There will be places for you to deposit your compostable & recyclables when you’re done enjoying them. There will be plenty Sustainable Volunteers on hand at the event, if you want to learn more.
WILL IT BE BUSY? Yes! The event will sell out which means it will be a full house. Please take your time between vendors. Two hours is plenty of time to taste all the vendor's product.
WHAT WILL THE PORTIONS BE LIKE? Keep in mind all vendors are providing a sample of their product. So each food sample ranges between 0.5 - 3 ounce servings. Beverage samples will be between 1 - 4 ounces.
SHOP AT THE EVENT Festival ticket holders will also have access to shop directly with vendors. You will be able to purchase cheeses, oils, meats, pork rinds and other products. Tasting something you love at the festival and bringing it home with you that evening. We will be able to accept all major credit cards.
